Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Because our items are hand-pressed in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after being shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos at drawntohercircle@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

Returns on Shipped Orders
We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items.
A return address will be provided once a return request is approved.
